Giovanni brings over 20 years of experience across the international wine trade. His career spans the full supply chain, from fine wine advisory and retail to importing and wine tourism, shaped by living and working in Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Australia, New Zealand and the UK, giving him a first-hand insight into diverse wine cultures and shifting consumer trends.

A WSET Diploma holder and Certified Educator, his consultancy Wine To One develops brand strategy, export roadmaps and trade marketing for boutique producers and importers through to on and off-trade businesses. He also advises private collectors and designs wine education and experiential programmes that bridge the gap between technical knowledge and consumer experience.

A judge at international wine competitions, Giovanni brings commercial rigour, a global perspective and a deep understanding of market viability to the panel.​​
